This is Hawkins, a.k.a. Hawky the Hawk headed parrot.
(He named himself after Justin Hawkins, lead singer and guitarist of The Darkness. I have no idea why.)
He has a long and harrowing back story that I pointedly refuse to tell anyone for as long as I may live, so help me God.
He's a sort of albino. This is a typical Hawk Headed parrot:
