Lady. That is Emily, the embodiment of the sin Envy. We don´t know what she did to deserve her position, but in her current form she prowls the streets and fields of Hell, looking for victims to peel, so she can wear their skin. She apparently does not have skin of her own. We haven´t seen her face in the comic yet, but I am sure it is the stuff of nightmares.
