Oi. I hate telling people that their designs are wrong, but I want the species to be correct, and since you asked, here goes:

The tail. Female Elfane's tails are at least twice their height in length. And it's ALWAYS black with a colored tip. The tail you have here is more the size that a male would have.

Next is her fur color. The red markings are fine because she's a fire type, but the blue base colors are not. The only un-natural colors allowed on an Elfane are their markings from the element. The rest of their fur patterns should be natural colors that you'd see on real mammals such as oranges, tans, browns, grays, blacks, whites, etc. That goes for the hair, too. Purple's not a natural hair color~

Your colouring skills seem to grow a lot better. Relatively speaking, you still need a lot of work, but the image as it is would be well enough. That's a really fine job indeed, especially with the firey glow and stuff.
