Not at all. I don't think it's possible to be too fat, too thin, or the wrong shape, for fursuiting. One simply buys or makes a suit to match whatever size and body type they happen to be, and it will surely look great. Finding pink fur with the proper spots might not be easy though. You might just need to find regular pink fur, and add the spots to the right areas yourself. Your character would make a great fursuit.
