The end is near, the 25th day of Tomboy Month is here, and here's yet another pic of a cool girl. The Arthur TV show is quite fun, with a lot of memorable characters, and Francine Frensky is one of them. Arthur's close friend, a total sports freak, an aspiring drummer, and a pretty awesome character. She can be a mean at times, but for the most part she is sweet-natured and sticks up for Arthur, Buster and Muffy.
