Draco Gianfar Themisto is a massive (about as tall as Cetus Menkar!) fiery Astral, and an incredibly powerful opponent. Not only is he super-strong and his fire powers very effective, just being around him can drain an Astral's strength! He has the ability to create an aura of heat around himself, exhausting all but other fiery Astrals, who's abilities are doubtlessly ineffective against the brute.

This design is based off another old one I never completed. Originally they were female, with a very different head design, until I reworked the concept. This version took a lot of influence from Dragon Ball Z, mainly a somewhat obscure character called Majin Ozotto.
