Normally Desta is very, very careful around smaller people. But on very rare occasions he has an accident due to his head being in the clouds. Thankfully on top of being rare, Desta has an extremely light tread and in this poor soul's case, he's just dazed. not shown is the poor Dratini fawning over and checking and double checking nothing was broken.
