Being in peak shape is a lot of effort. It takes dedication to be up early in the morning to line up at Mcdonalds to load up on their breakfast specials. Then there's the times you accidentally order enough Chinese food for a large family each night and have to have the discipline to eat it all. And don't forget the exertion it takes to make a gallon milkshake to wash down your lunches daily.

It's not easy, but someone has to do it.
