Just finished watching How to Train Your Dragon 3!!
M A N.. that was an emotional roller coaster for me. There were tears. 😭
Without spoiling anything, the premise of the movie is pretty self explanatory (and, of course, predictable) by this point. What mattered really was the plot leading up to everything.
I've been a huge fan of HTTYD, I fell in love with Toothless the moment I saw him on the big screen for the first time. His bond with Hiccup has always been a huge piece of my heart, I've honestly lost count of how many times I've watched the previous movies. My passion and love for dragons flourished ten fold after watching the first movie, and seeing everything come to an end has really made me an emotional mess. This was a saddening, but obviously also very happy send off to this series for me. I mean I'm going to be totally biased about the movie to an extent, but I still loved it and can't wait to go see again.
Thanks for all the smiles through the years, Toothless. This journey may be over, but your impact on me and many others will forever live on. Always and forever your loving fan 💙🖤💚

A great tribute to this big boy. Like you, he has been impacting my life for 9 years and I hope he’ll continue to exist through fanarts and stories (or a sequel to the series?). I can never thank Deblois and his team enough for working so well on this incredible adventure that will remain engraved in our hearts for life.
