Deep burning rage
Usually Artenair looks calm, not that kind of intimidating dragon that emits smoke with every breath or shows off by spitting fire, but when she's angry she loses control and... in a few seconds the temperature of her breath rises drastically, she starts drooling incandescent saliva, similar to fluid magma, and her voice becomes more vibrant. Because of the color of her fire, (red-orange) which shines through her throat and nostrils whenever she is angry, Artenair got the nickname "Redfury".

Simulacrums and goldfish
The dragons of Horn Blu have a long tradition of simulacrums, that they use for talking easily with little creatures (and humans): humanoid bodies that they build and then control with the mind; they accumulate magic energy (necessary to make the body walk and work) in gems or metals that are encrusted on the skin and within the simulacrums. Usually dragons create their simulacrum to look like humans/elves/other anthro creatures they appreciate, but sometimes (it's pretty rare, but it happens) they also create simulacrums that look like small water animals, so that they can reach underwater places that they could never visit otherwise! Artenair created for herself one of these, shaped like a ranchu goldfish (because is cute, no other reason for this chosen form!) to better enjoy the lakes and the rivers, but she also created an anthro dragon simulacrum.


Queen from the past that rules the present
Artenair is the most recent queen of Horn Blu Island, head of the Ancient Dragonery and she's believed to be the second oldest dragon alive (the first one is Ermes Siegader To'Rvak, the Dark Lord and Pater Inferorum). Her judgment is considered extremely important by almost all modern dragons and their humans but very rarely she uses her power to forbid something, believing in the freedom of choice of her fellows. She has a great knowledge of the territories of Horn Blu Island, of the ancient traditions and the magical creatures, which is why she is often asked to help identify strange beings or to break ancient spells that have been lost in memory. She gladly offers her help, but if anyone doubts the knowledge of which she is sure or makes fun of her, you can be sure that the offender will never be helped again... even if they end up in trouble that could turn out to be fatal.
