Litterally me, a comptia certified IT professional, being told by an old dude that his co-workers can send huge emails and that he used to be able to even though im the one that reviewed the policy and settings in place that say no one in the enterprise can. Like yeah, ok bud. Some people just cant admit they are wrong or dont know something, I swear :/
oh geez, legacy policies/rules are the fucking worst!
We have one customer who's been around for 20 years, so he's got like 15 different plans across 60 different sites. At least once a month he emails us and ask to clarify why he's paying a different price here and there and i'm like... there's 15 different plans that no longer exist, some have catch all emails and some don't, and pricing is all over the price with different storage sizes. I don't want to touch this.

To be fair, I's seen some fairly senior Dev's make this boneheaded mistake. They have no idea what SSL certs are, because the Dev environment doesn't use them, or uses self-signed certs that are good for 30 years.
Then there was the time that I had to explain what SSL certs were to a certain VP at a three letter company. "We're IxM, we don't have to worry about that new shit!"
(thanks for sharing these by the way, I always get a laugh!)

heck, the previous year in the computer security class explained us and made us investigate about these protocols, about very important to avoid the skull and information theft, besides that, that SSL is almost obsolete and now the SSL/TLS protocol...or SSL in its latest version 3.0, since previous versions have many vulnerabilities.
Sometimes I do not understand how people who do not know or do not continue to report when their work depends on it.
