I don't think we called this lady back yet, out of all the manager calls i think this is the least priority because they're not even a customer

lol! We can take sites down if we manage them AND they violate clear cut policies like being used for fraud, but it's so rare and infrequent. people look at our ToS for "we can terminate your service for any reason" and they expect us to abuse it for them.
