Torikoth here is based on Trico from The Last Guardian! He is special in that he doesn't really talk (he chirps), and he was born from a blue! If you don't know Pern, that's a very special event, since blues are always male. However, Hinokath is biologically female, she's a mutation blue!
So he is a special baby.
