Sketch of Vickii Rouge again, just because.
She's all buttoned up this time, standing in her probable most formal attire she has, her tan trench coat with pockets that seem to defy the laws of physics. As a Vector she already doesn't obey the laws of gravity, or electronic security or systems so she barely even notices it happen.
Finally figured out why her hair looked wrong. The purple highlights are really brought out by the lighting effects to look so bright and vibrant. But I was using the wrong gray for her hair, which with the darker color now makes the purple stand out even more.
