Okay, first of all, the two eyes are the evil eye used in the Dark Tower series, the one higher up is the one used in the comic book version of Stephen King's books, and the one below is what the eye looks like in the illustrations in his books. Ka is sort of like destiny, but not. It's hard to explain, and the only way to understand fully is to read the series.
The man running is the main character, the last gunslinger, Roland Deschain of Gilead. There is a random vulture there as well lol.
I was tired and gave up on trying to make this one perfect. I gave this third place in my trading card Olympics.
