Devo The Duck
Chapter 13.6 - Universe Quest

[Dave Graze: "everyone knows that Universe came Devo back to Earth of present-day but nobody knows where he truly came from but now we are ready to give you the truth. So fasten your seatbelts ladies and gentlemen as this is the story of what happened the day that universe got from under Devo's ships."]

*Universe was under the ship, getting angry about all the crap he’s been put through. So angry in fact that he picks up the ship and throws it so that nobody gets hurt. He then wants to kill Devo but then his conscience interferes.*

Angel Universe: “Why do you want to kill him?”
Universe: "I don’t know because he’s an idiot and he made me look bad."
Angel Universe: “You don’t know anything about him.”
Universe: "I DON’T CARE!"

*Universe looks around Ale township town at this point and is covered in his own golden blood.*

Universe: "Why me?”
Angel universe: "I know this looks bad but you have better morals than he does show that you have kindness in your heart and forgiveness in your soul."
Devil Universe: "What does he know? was he telling you this while you were under the ship for 2 weeks with only the bugs and maggots as food and the soil as your water? I don't think so!"

*Universe sighs*
Universe: “Maybe I shouldn’t have yelled at him.”
*Universe sinks to his knees*
Universe “I just want to go home.” *he starts to cry*
*Universe starts having flashbacks*
Universe: "Oh no not this again.”

*Suddenly, someone came over to him and handed him a Gyro. It was Devo as he also handed Universe a book bag full of the necessities.*

Devo: "Come on weeping willow, let's get you home."

*Universe looks up at him* Universe:”Devo I’m sorry” *Universe gets up onto his feet*

*Universe gets more flashbacks* Universe: "Oh come on not now.”
*People were staring at him, Devo helped Universe to the ship and let him inside as he use multiple amounts of manure of different species to fill the ship's energy source. It was not easy as it took 2 weeks to do. Devo was going to use all the manure to go to a space nightclub but he could see that Universe was in pain and wanted to go home so he flew the ship to universe's planet. Even as they got into space Universe was quite for a very long time*

Devo: "Universe, I only have known you for at least a few weeks as I know that something is wrong so please tell me if there's something on your mind. Anything at all."

*Universe started having more flashbacks of his childhood the intergalactic slave trade the escape and the crash landing.*

*Devo grabbed a rubber chicken and slapped Universe with it to snap him out of it.*

Devo: "sorry I thought I would be funny.... But now I just feel like doing it again."

*Universe sighed* "I was captured as a hatchling and sold as a slave. I never saw my mother or father again ...I escaped from the slave trade when I was 18, I had been secretly building a super spaceship for 18 years... I took the opportunity to escape so I did, I crash landed on the planet that you found me on which is NOT my native planet."
*Universe looks forlorn*

*Devo sighed and started to tell Universe about the fact that he lived in a miserable world and the fact that his life was not all sunshine and rainbows and with everything that he has been through from time travel to being sent to a different universe that he's in now plus the fact that everybody treats him like a science experiment and mutated him..... Devo showed Universe his feet as they were not duck feet as they were close to Human and woodpecker while his eyes were different as well as it showed that he had become mad.*

Devo: "The white in my hair is not bleached or dyed as I have been through as much rest as you have. Listening why don't you go into one of the pods or in the sleeping quarters as I will try to find us a place where we can charge to ship and hopefully make our way to your home planet without any problems whatsoever."
*The moment he said that there was shooting going on outside in the ways of a battle between other ships.*

Universe: “OH COME ON!”

*Universe sounded Pissed*

Devo: "Well I thought it was your home world since there were so many dragons on that planet. But right now we have a bigger problem because our ship can be blown up at anymoment because of all of these space forces."

*Universe did something shocking he took off his helmet in space*

Devo: "Universe don't do something crazy." *Devo put on his seat belt as he did not want to be sent into space.*

niverse: "WHY DON’T YOU BASTARDS, JUST LEAVE ME AND MY FRIENDS ALONEEEEEEE!!!!!"

*Universe powered up and closes his mouth.*

“COSMIC RAY”

*Universe then caused the ships to explode but the resulting shockwave knocked him out.*

*Devo was now extremely confused on what was going on and hoping that universe doesn't kill him in the process as he put on a helmet where he'll be able to breathe.*

*Universe was now unconscious*

*Universe groans* “Remind me never to do that again.”

*Devo saw that Universe was still injured and decided to put him in one of the pods so he would be able to rest and heal.*

Universe: “Thanks-”

Devo: "Shut the duck up and sleep."

*Ended up going to make some food for himself. Universe was resting with his eyes open, there was multiple colors.*

Devo me and himself a bowl of nachos with a glass of cranberry wine.*

Devo: "Of all days that I wanted to think about having a vacation I end up having to help a tragic soul find his long-lost parents and forgotten. F.M.L..."

Universe: “Buddy I’m sorry, thing is I'm not sure if my parents will even remember me. I’m really sorry that I yelled at you.”

Devo: "I understand and I can be a hard-ass sometimes so you are not the only one to blame as I shouldn't have stole your ship in the first place. so I apologize as well and now that we are even I feel that we need to get to the planet that I left your ship at then go to your planet but then finally find your parents. If we can't find them then I will do my best to help you out. I owe you that much for taking you to my time.."

*Devo turn down some cartoons so it would toon down the sadness and help Devo learn some new magic along the way.*

Universe: “Thank you” *Universe finally fell asleep as they head forward to planet rings that is on the other side of space.*
