I played, binged, and completed Angels With Scaly Wings very recently, courtesy of the lovely  Zaruvyen...

... Needless to say, I can't stop thinking about the entire rollercoaster ride of emotions.

I plan to sketch all of the dragons from this wonderful visual novel; not only as an attempt to draw more this year, but as a small tribute of sorts. They're not gonna be perfect, but I shall do my best.

Ipsum is a curious sort. He's Lorem's roommate, and an aspiring scientist. He has his own little laboratory in his dwelling, and is usually conducting experiments in his free time. Although here it seems he's gone out for dinner with someone. Wonder what he's blushing about...

Ipsum: "I... want to thank you again for this gesture. As you can imagine, I don't really get to go out all that much after work hours."

"It's no problem, really. You seemed genuinely interested in humans, so I figured we could have a chance to discuss things one-on-one without Anna breathing down our necks about it!"

Ipsum: "Hehe, well I suppose that's half-true. You have shown undying kindness to Lorem, and thus my interest to get to know you better myself evidently increased. As such, I couldn't bring myself to refuse your offer to dinner..."

"Hey, Lorem's a wonderful person! I figured you were just as kind a person as well, considering you two were living together amiably. Why wouldn't I want to get better acquainted with such a wonderful friend?"

Ipsum: "Now you're beginning to butter me up."

"... Is it working?"

Ipsum: "I'd be fibbing if I said I wasn't remotely flattered, but..."

"Then I guess that blush answers my question for you."

Ipsum: "What...? N-no, this isn't... It simply must be getting a mite stuffy in here. I'm not terribly used to crowded places such as these, heh!"

"It's okay, Ipsum. Sorry. I didn't mean to put you on the spot."

Ipsum: "It's... quite alright. Really."

"..."

Ipsum: "..."

"I probably shouldn't have been so brash. Should I fetch the check?"

Ipsum: "No, please. We can mingle a while longer, if you wish. This is... quite nice."

"Aye, I'm glad to hear that."
