version 1 of a cool fairy dragon character i came up with =3. so far i have 3 versions of this character. fairy dragons are as there name implys a cross breed between fairy's and dragons. they dont have wings but they do have tails and the magical ability to fly (thanks to them being part fairy) and they leave a trail of sparkly magic dust particles as they fly around :3

they be cute but they still be powerful dragons. fairy dragons because there breeds are combined of two creatures that are known to be powerful magic users makes there intellect and powers in the elemental magic arts extremely powerful in regards to magic wielders. making them great for playing class's that are mages and magic swordsmen. any class where they can use there magic to there full potential would be best suited for them.

unlike other dragons while its not impossible for fairy dragons to be massively large creatures do to there breed they are more commonly found to be small creatures ranging from average height for humans to the size of dwarfs and gnomes. fairy dragons are also known to be born with elemental jewel on there body. the more elemental jewels born on a fairy dragons body can mean how powerful there elemental magic is. though to be born with more than one jewel is not uncommon it is still rare to say the least. fairy dragons with more than one jewel usually are trained to become powerful high ranking master warriors or master mages.

though a common myth these elemental jewels are often believed to be the source of a fairy dragons magical power it is merely more of a symbol of power or aesthetic like a birth mark. like a dragons horns. speaking of horns. the one distinct difference from a fairy dragon and a regular dragon is that fairy dragons despite being blood relatives of dragons they are actually not able to grow horns like regular dragons. perhaps these elemental jewels are there version of a horn perhaps?

being born part fairy these dragons are more humanoid like creatures thus being more anthro like. and are known to build large civilizations in forests,underground citys and though rarely done anymore there ancestors have had kingdoms built in the ice lands. fairy dragons are of the more noble and peaceful creatures usually a welcoming race of knowledge and wisdom. there citys usually made and inspired by Asian, Greek or medieval architecture.

anywho's hope you guys like the little backstory on this unique race i came up with. (well im sure someones already had an idea for fairy dragons before in the past similar to this but i still greatly like this concept i made up.) who knows maybe ill have this race playing bigger roles in some story/comic in da future owo. hopefully ill draw more of these guys in da future! leme know what ya think if ya actually bothered to read all this!
