From the title, I was thinking something slightly different: same idea, bounce a ping pong ball on a table, but it has to make it into the diaper of either your partner or the other opponent. Make it in and the other person takes the drink, you miss and then it's the other person's turn. If the one receiving the ball makes it miss intentionally, then they take a drink plus a punishment decided at players' discursion.
