This is an art jam for the Funday Pawpet Show. Early in the show Mutt was talking about watching a disturbing video link that was sent to him by Yappyfox. I won't go in to what the video was supposed to be of, but rest assured you're better off not knowing.
did this without reference, free hand sketch in pencil on generic sketch paper, then digitally inked and shaded with pencil. For some reason, it got set in gray scale mode, adn I didn't bother changing it to full color to properly color the collar.
