Not gunna lie, I've been an emotional mess all day. I know it's a robot, but I remember very vividly following all the coverage for this mission. This was my moon landing. How cool, a creation from Earth exploring Mars. She and the other rovers made me really happy. And that last message just sparked the empath in me and I haven't been able to stop thinking about how lonely that must be.
