More concept art I did of Leinus, one of the main characters of my book A Path of Ashes and Blossoms. Drawing dragons facing forward is always so awkward for me. Long faces like that always look strange facing head on lol. The title is a joke a friend of mine called him since he likes to read but he's a dragon. . . XD
Pretty happy with how his child version turned out since that's pretty much how I imagined him in my head. I still need more practice drawing his face more, and I haven't quite yet gotten a feel for how I want his mane to look as an adult either.
His design is supposed to be somewhat reminiscent of a white stead mixed with a tropical bird, hence why he has a horse-like mane.
