This is something spawned out of a bit of doodling around with choral patches on my keyboard. I developed the beginning and essentially just went from there with improv. The title can represent the first light of a new dawn as it spans across the landscape, or perhaps the finding of new knowledge as we explore the limits of our universe of understanding. Either way, I hope you enjoy, as always. Stylistically, it's very much inspired by such choral giants as Morten Lauridsen and Eric Whitacre.
