I recently discovered Owl City, and his/their beautiful electronic music, and I was really inspired by this one line of their recent track Fireflies =P

'Cause I'd get a thousand hugs
From ten thousand lightning bugs
As they tried to teach me how to dance

So I just had to doodle it down quickly, and through a few extra effects on =D

Thankies =D It was actually a cheat - there's a light filter in photoshop that lets you add lighting effects and stuff ^^;

Have to say: Love the art, hate the song.

It's so overplayed on the radio up here and it just has one of those lyrics that get stuck in your head and annoy the piss out of you.

Decent beat, but ugh, I don't even know what that song is about!

Haha - I guess it's meant to be a dream - doesn't have to have a point or anything =P

And yeah, I've had that happen to a few songs that otherwise would have been quite likeable - but that amount the radio play them just completely ruins them for me!
