Have you ever felt tired by reading a comic that keep explaining everything instead of showing it?
Yeah, me too.

Why it actually happens? Because comic as a medium uses both image and text to express itself, so iit's actually pretty hard to keep balance between telling a story and showing a story.
Often it's also a desire to tell e v e r y t h i n g 'cause how specific the comic's universe is. Sometimes an author just forgets about presenting something visually so he needs to quickly write it so the writer's won't be confused.
As much as exposition is sometimes neccesary, over-using it can be really unpleasant for vievers. You know, taking away the whole joy of discovering things, by telling every unecesary detail of story.
I could compare this to The Last Airbender movie, the level of expositon there is higher than emotions so the whole movie is literally blank.

Is there any cure? Well it's simple: Show, don't tell.

So... I am actually planning to start a series about Comic Sins. Most of these will be my personal opinion's about what takes away comic's strengt.
Cliches, common mistakes, LOKD 2.0 aaand more~
Of course I am not a comic master, heck, I kept making multiple comic mistakes and I will probably make even more in future.
Aaanyway feel free to discuss or/and throw your own comic sins!
And remember that this is not a DO/DON'T of comics, everybody is making a comics in their way and nobody can force them (except their publisher mwahahah) to change their way of creating.
