Because I adore faeries, and also because I wanted an excuse to draw Luthien with some faerie wings. =)
This is a badge...its sort of hard to see them here but there are little pink and gold crystals glued onto the wings. This is not laminated...and because of the jewels, it probably won't ever be. It will be tied with some sort of pretty green ribbon, maybe with some pink and green swarovski crystal beads.
Yes, I like shinies. =p

Cool, yeah I might take commissions for these, though I have to figure out how to ship them because of the jewels. They are glued on with clear Elmer's glue and I'm afraid that if they get bumped just right during shipping the jewels might come unstuck. I guess if enough people are wanting them though I can figure out some way to send them out without risking too much damage.
I'll be taking commissions at the end of December for the month of January, keep an eye out on my journals cuz I'll announce it when I open them back up. =)
I'm thinking I'll probably charge $20 for these, cuz swarovski crystals are not cheap. Also depends on how far I have to ship it and what I end up shipping them in.

OK I'll be watching =D I should have the money by then for sure! Hmm although I hope you open them before I go to Greece not sure when we're going can I have a proxy? I can give them the money and everything so you don't have to wait till I get back.

I take paypal and yes, a proxy is fine, as long as the money goes into my account I don't worry much where it comes from, assuming all parties involved are in agreement.
I might just go ahead and open commissions for these now...I don't think they would take long so they won't interfere with my current projects and commissions.
You can get whichever wings you want...when you're ready to send payment just note me with your character ref and the colors you want on your wings. The pose will probably be the same for all badges so they match a bit.

Cat feet I would do a bit smaller and daintier, cuz that's how cat paws are. But if you look at the paws of a large canine such as a wolf, they've got some monster feet. In the case of the wolf, they kinda work like snowshoes, helping the wolf distribute his weight a little better on ice and snow.
