This is chase he's a Otter, he likes surfing and being near or in the water. Like way too damn much, more than can be considered healthy even for a Otter. But thats ok he has fun and avoids paying taxes or contributing to society in any significant way...
Idea with him being he's normal sized but ends up running across a lot of smaller folk here and there.
