In my version of the world, the "domesticated" yinglets have settled down to a cycle of two "night sleeps" at approximately 9 pm and 3 am, and two "day sleeps" at roughly 9 am and 3 pm. It's still a bit awkward integrating with human society and our one long night-sleep, but it's workable.
