Oh of course! most popular games have soundtracks. x3 Although...a lot of them never get imported to N.America or other countries, they stay in Japan...but thanks to the internet, and the popularity of Japanese things, sometimes, you get lucky and find them!
I didn't know there was an American edition of the KH1 soundtrack! I just found it in Barnes and Noble one day! xD

My friend loves the Mana series, too. She has all the soundtracks, and I borrow them sometimes when I need background music. x3

AMAZING AWESOME.
I gotta story about one.
A few months ago, I was having a crudtastical morning. My vehicle wouldn't start and I had to walk to work. I was listening to my Zune during the walk to at least take my mind off of it. And the shuffle started to switch, I got a rare peak of sunlight looking down to me, and the shuffle played the Onett theme from the 1+2 album. Walking somewhere to that is sublime.

I so want to replay that game, in fact, maybe I will today.

But...but...EarthBound... xD
I have a Mother shrine in my room. :D It has my SNES EarthBound cart, and the boxes for Mother 1+2 and Mother 3 for GBA. Also, there's a clay statue me and my friend made of a starman. xD

Awwr. ;-;
I have the MP3s saved on my PSP, although I couldn't get 'em all, so i still wanna get the CD. >P
Also, I was really surprised that Nobou Uematsu didn't write the music in that game. o.o He's a great composer(like I needed to say that), but Takeharu Ishimoto just blew me away!

Waaaaahhh I miss it. D: I am too poor to go back any time soon, I'm so sad. ;_;
I need more Famicom games, dammit. x3
How freaking awesome are used game stores in Japan, though? They kick the shit out of GameStops in America. omg, the games they are allowed to sell at GameStop are so disgusting, they'd be in the 50円 bin in Akiba. Hell, I've BOUGHT from the discount bins in Akiba, and the quality is still high! As soon as it has one scratch or is missing a manual, BOOM, discount bin. I got a perfectly nice copy of KH1 for 400円 just because it was missing a manual. In America, it's like, "There's no box, the manual has only one page, and the disk is covered in scratches and what is possibly peanut butter. $45, plz!" xD
And there are doujin and costume stores in Akiba... *Cries* Japan, I miss you, I miss you!!!!

I know the feeling. I remember getting a used PlayStation for 800yen once in a used game store. Wasn't actually in Akiba (it was the town I was staying in), but still, it just further proves your point... used game store kick so much ass in Japan.... and I wanna go back, dammit!
