That was made by RubberDawg.com and there is no one that can match him in rubber hoods design. There are other people that make good rubber hoods but they only make off the shelf hoods. There are even others who make hoods that cant come close to RubberDawg's skill. As for RubberDawg he is closed for new commissions until he gets the hoods he has on back orders cought up on.
There is no one that I know of that makes good custom made rubber hoods other than RubberDawg. I have been looking for years do to Rubberdawgs queue being two years long. You have the choice of good and off the shelf like rubberpaws or bad and custom made.. This is why Rubberdawg's queue is two years long. He could shorten his queue by a great deal but he would have to increase his prices a good amount to do so.
There are more choices of makers now. They are not as good as Rubberdawg but at least they don't have a 8 year waiting list.

I'm in the same boat as you, wanted that exact mask before learning of RD's backlog.
Closest I've found is NorthFur https://northfur.ca/index.php?main_page=gallery&catID=68
It's not a "true" latex hood, since they take a spandex hood base and glue latex pieces onto it, but it'll do I think. As a bonus, their production times seem to be manageable.
