Eyemorphae (plural) are a specie of gelatinous creatures who mean no harm to people, and do not harm them. They live in harmony with people in one of my villages, happily consuming mold. The city struggles with mold due to the constantly high humidity of their climate.

The Eyemorpohae can gel together to grow bigger if they'd like. The can make more or less tentacles and the tentacles have a long reach. They move around kinda leaning in the direction they'd like to go.
