This is the Coal Tower Restaurant in Schöen Place (pronounced "Shane Place") in Pittsford, NY, which is just outside Rochester, NY. Pittsford is the town I was born in. This is right next to the Erie Canal, just across the street from it, and the canal is visible from inside the restaurant.
This used to be an active coal tower years ago, but was later converted into a restaurant. Some remnants of the tower's workings, such as a few pulleys and chutes, are still visible inside the restaurant.
The car in front of the building is my grandma's car, with my aunt driving, and that is my dad, grandma, and nephew coming out of the restaurant.
