Bianca is the daughter of Rekan defector Anasteizha Havel, who experienced first hand the reign of terror over her adoptive father; Rekan dictator Heinrich Zhelvolk. Her ancestors were a small tribe of Dullahan Pokemorphs who practiced bizarre social customs, including having married females live the rest of their lives headless with their husband while their head remained with their family at home. The tribe was sadly wiped out during the Rekan Red Terror of the 1950s and 1960s.

Today, Bianca lives a peaceful life with her politically active mother. Politics are not her passion; she fancies herself as a chemistry student in the company of good friends. Her pyrotechnic abilities and Dullahan magic attracted the attention of Dr. Y's academy of mutants, to which she is also a member of.
