This is a Concept sheet I did for a game jam last year.

He's a hardened fluffy combat robot who has awakened to rescue his creators from a hostile robot takeover. The game didn't really get that far, though. It was a bit too ambitious and it turns out Unity sucks for sprite based games, so it didn't end up playing very well.
