I honestly love Kira's story she wrote for her upload soimma pinch that here:
The two sat peacefully together, side by side on what felt like the edge of the world. They were surrounded by the song
of the night, the gentle whispers on the wind. Waves below them crashed upon the cliff side, one after another; as if a
steady heartbeat belonging to the very world itself. The night was almost perfect. Even the moon, tinted blue that night,
seemed to glow brighter, larger, than usual.
Except... it was not perfect at all. Or, perhaps it was, in a rather strange way. The sound of quiet sniffling, desperately
trying not to turn into sobbing, echoed in the otherwise peaceful night. She couldn't stand it. She couldn't. She couldn't
understand it. It simply made no sense.
Gehenna clenched her eyes shut, trying to fight the tears. She tried her hardest, yet her wounds wound weep for her if
she would not do so for herself. Each eye staring up at her, for once with something other than contempt, as they
bled not blood but tears. They almost seemed to... pity her. They seemed to mourn for her. How? None of it made
sense... None...
"I'm sorry... I'm so sorry..." the wounded pony whispered, repetitively. Over and over and over again, these words
continued to spill from her lips. She couldn't help it. She truly, truly couldn't.
Skye hovered a hand over the girl's shoulder, not quite touching yet close enough to be felt, and repeated softly to
her, "It will be ok. You're not alone... I share your pain."
Comfort and patience... that is what Gehenna heard in the husky's voice. Someone who knew, someone who wanted
to help... and yet all she could do was apologize, still feeling like her presence and pain was a burden.
It would take time to get the pony to open up. It would take time to get her to realize what she was truly worth.
With patience, kindness, and those who would stand by her as a friend... perhaps one day soon, it would be possible
for her to finally love herself.
