Arsenal was one of my friend's characters in a vigilante-style game of Mutants and Masterminds. He was basically The Punisher, with a crazy collection of military gadgets and incredibly good aim.
I was the odd-man-out in that group, playing a Sentai hero called Red Raida that didn't want to kill anyone. Our other party members were basically The Crow, a guy that did drugs that gave him super powers and this guy.

It was kind of amazing that I didn't kill anyone, because I was doing flaming dropkicks and cutting dudes with my flaming sentai katana, and running them over with my flaming sentai bike.
