That's right more Blizzy, because I think she's adorable and that is the reason I draw in the first place. She's a little embarrassed at the fact her shoulders aren't covered and her skirt doesn't even reach her knees apparently. She clearly doesn't hang around Renate much, she gets away with so much worse.
So enjoy more cute Blizzy in a formal dress type thing. I don't know where these come from I find pictures of interesting clothes online and just go with it.
