Iron-Confederate's Kila mini.
The molds are done and they came out perfectly. Probably used a little more silicone than I needed, but I wanted to be sure everything was done properly.
Cutting these things open was a royal pain in the butt. Having to bend back the stiff silicone with one hand while trying to deftly cut around the parts in an exact way with a razor... there just isn't an easier way to do it, not without creating a lot more imperfections and work.
Now it's onto the resin castings!

Almost looks like ballistic gel.

Yeah, kinda, although I believe it's a lot more ridged than ballistic gel. I almost peeled my fingertips from my nails trying to cut these things open.
