i got limits
my ptsd is real like everyone else
catatonia is a real condition, it's really fucking scary and it's rare, it is not just "freezing up sometimes"
cat is not just random moments sometimes like jolting or twitching
i become unmoveable for hours
it doesn't care about
where i am
if i'm doing something
if i'm holding something
if i'm with someone
if i'm at a important appointment
it just happens and that's my position for the next hour to a few hours.

don't undermine me because of things I cannot control
