• Biography: Sharpie is a sword spirit inhabiting the land of Fanservia who has fallen into dormancy for many years, refusing to wake up until someone worthy of the land’s treasure: The Azure Star comes. Sleeping in the Azure cave, she provides the trial needed to find the Azure Star, as only she knows where it is. However, many have tried, but so far, none succeeded. However, Sharpie’s dormancy would end when finally, after years of waiting, Junichiro, in search of the Azure Star, freed Sharpie’s sword (The Holy Azure Sword) from its pedestal. Sharpie, happy that a male has freed her, judged Juni and, deciding he’s exactly what she’d expected, accompanied him on his trial. With Sharpie, both halves of the Azure Star were located in time, and Juni has earned the right to wield the sword she inhabits. Over time, she began to take a huge liking to Juni, and decided that she would live with him from now on, as she did not wish to return to sleeping in the cave again, something he openly accepted. Now, she lives happily within the confides of Olympia, but always has her blade taken up on many journeys. Sharpie is a friendly individual and is just as smart and knowledgeable as her tome counterpart Histoire. Unlike Histoire though, Sharpie prefers to be on the battlefield as the blade she inhabits was meant to cleave monsters and various other enemies. She has a medium-to-short fuse however as the slightest insult to her work can get her angry. She immensely loves quicksand and has a soft spot for sinkable men, so being taken up by Juni who has messy adventures often is a dream come true to her. She is also very honorable and so dislikes those who have absolutely no sense of it. The best at detecting treasure.
• Abilities: Sharpie is able to appear from the Holy Azure Sword at will whenever she’s needed for tips. As she’s knowledgeable in a number of areas, she proves to be a handy guide, even stating the best quicksand to sink in within Fanservia. She grows with her owner in levels and as she does, she learns new techniques that Juni can use during battle, so long as she’s the current equipped. For this reason, the Holy Azure Sword is treated as a personal weapon and cannot be sold at all (Not that Juni would sell it anyway…). When first obtained, the skills she has are as follows.
o Azure Barrier: Conjures a barrier big enough to encase the whole party for one turn. Useful for party-wide attacks.
o Azure Dance: Attack with a 7-hit cross slash.
o Dowsing: Scopes the land for hidden items, as well as pinpoint the distance of a certain target.
