The once capital of the planet Sina and the seat of the Sina Government. The planet was devastated by the Great Schism when Eliyyahu Loyalists were lured to attack the system in order to destroy the Suoyoushen Armada.
The Sina Armada may have completed in the objective to destroy the Suoyoushen Armada, but the armada's flagship botched retreat caused it to crash into Sina itself. After the battle, the entire region was abandoned by its government, citing that the damage caused by the invasion was too costly to repair, as the government felt that the system's economic and political output wasn't worth the cost of rebuilding.

The region has ever since been left to the mercy of looters and the souls lost during the war. Without human interference, Sina was able to thrive, although under challenging circumstances. The sentient natives are left to fight off the pollution left behind by humanity, and at the same time, left to survive a haunted wasteland.

The ruins of the Earth Empire's colonial ambitions are a treasure trove for those brave enough to venture deep within. The original name of the city has long been lost to history, as the natives refer to it as the insidious "Imperial City". A decaying, urban hive of the darkest creations that the Empire has to offer. The surviving humans turned into feral tribesmen have made the city their conduit, fighting against rival clans for control of the city. The dreaded House Eliyyahu, made up of ancestral remnants of the planetary invasion force and crewmembers of the Suoyoushen Flagship, keeps to the coastlines of the continent while having full control of the city center. "Red Robes", one of the few remaining native Ralooks, is continuing the tradition of her people, treasure hunting.
