They can be sheared down to what would be referred to as 'normal' proportions, though if one keeps shearing the upper body in proportion with the lower body, the results are... unsettling.
When shearing the lower body, the legs seem to continue to shrink. This is nonsensical. Perhaps we will never truly understand how they function.
