I finally fixed my brush issue by abandoning the extremely laggy photoshop and migrating completely to Clip Studio. So this is a return to form of a painterly style I haven't been able to do in years (although I accidentally did this on a pretty small canvas, next time I'll make it bigger)!
Things are not looking good for this city. Terabyte's belly is now its tallest fixture and it will only grow from here.
