Don't forget to install the drivers on the CD that likely came with the tablet, that way you can get varied line-widths.

I installed them but now it's just a matter of finding them. lol

For now I'm just gonna practice on OC until I can get more brushes.

I think dis isn't too bad. I agree with Smokey. My first tablet drawings were CRAP too. :3 I'm still trying to get used to my new one. It makes me want to chuck it out the winder. I have a hard on for your character (psimmagirl).
