The perfect Litmus Test for Stupidity
Honestly, what else could this thing possibly be? Aside from the work of one sick, SICK AI. This here System Shock inspired spoof of casual sex site ads was drawn for me by 
Dutch who quite frankly was about as bamboozled by this thing's sheer existence as you are. Ahehheh...AHEHEHEHHEHEHEHEHEHEH!

SHODAN the AI had a goddess complex. And that was the polite way to describe her.
The rude one being “Psycho bitch of cosmic proportions” which was scarily accurate at that.
However, as she had been finding, the more people knew about who she was and how she operated. Something that made getting test subjects to use in her work 'difficult.'
But SHODAN was far from idiotic, she knew that there was an easy way to get her hands on bodies, even if human traffickers refused to do business with her...so she just took the suppliers of 'that one shipment' as part of her test subjects, so what? They sold human beings, they knew what they were getting into when they did business with a homicidal AI.
No, what she came up with was to try and lure human beings to a 'pickup' location in hopes of receiving sex.
Which works better than some people would like.
However, while some unfortunate souls fell into SHODAN's tangled web, most people didn't because SHODAN's ego was too big for her own good. Because even if she could make fake images, she was confident enough that human libido triumphed enough over stupidty that she wouldn't need to resort to this, and having a cyborg midwife pose was enough.
Needless to say, this...this failed to bring in as many bodies as she'd like.
However, even though activist hackers broke into the advertisements, there were still multiple people desperate, horny or just plain dumb enough to click that button.
...Clicking that button oughta earn an automatic darwin award.
