Been needing to update Circi's ref after changing the hairstyle! One of the things I've needed to work on are heads. They are just too pointy and just off. usually bigger than the body. I found a video on youtube that showed the absolute basic of how it can be done. It's so different from how I normally draw! I LOVE IT! I will definitely be using this technique more!
I wanted a fun ref background like I usually do. It never occurred to me that the background may make it harder for other artists to get the colors of Circi when it's next to a crazy background. I managed to figure out a background I like that's different and still makes Circi's colors easy to see!

I like it. Pretty nice thing to start February off with. Really sorry I don’t have anything else to say, Chinese New Year’s 4 days away (February 5th this year) and my brains doing a far better job of being scrambled than an egg in a pan ever can do all thanks to all of the holiday prep.
