It’s a very long story, but this last year I was gifted a sketch from a character designer who worked on Balto after writing him a letter explaining how the film and the character had helped me at a time in my life shortly after a suicide attempt. I thanked him for helping bring such an amazing character to life, and told him about my collection of Balto movie memorabilia, and he told me he wanted to do a sketch for me!
