I think that's an AGM-12D in the foreground. A display at the Air Force Museum near Dayton, OH. I scratch-built an AGM-12D. It looped and smashed into a snowbank immediately after liftoff.

Remember seeing them in photos on the wings of the A-4, F-4 and others while Nam was going on. I remember seeing a photo of a Cobra with a pair of them hung on the arms pylon. I'm not sure if it was a stunt photo or not... I don't think the Cobra had the gear to use them.
