A lot of alternate fan designs for him try and mesh him with his real life counterpart, but my version is the same generic Tramp-lookin dog but with actual wolf markings and a wolfier face. He's a mid content wolfdog, so I don't think it's too inaccurate.

I could go on for hours about how weird and flawed the OG Balto film is (the sequels speak for themselves when it comes to sucking lmao) but at the same time Balto was a big enough part of my childhood that I can't hate either the fictional character or the movie. Also the concept art is still and always will be one of my biggest artistic inspirations.
