Hmm the first one is sorta good, while middle looks deformed and lacking the muscles of any sorts, unless it was a case, also looks like his bones are broken but could be disappearing bones all together, and end result is inflatable. If your end intention not look inflatable, probably drawing more human like in terms of arms (or looking some dog forepaws might be useful, but as far as I rememberer there forelegs are similar to human, maybe more powerfull and a bit more mass on the upper arm Lower arm has some on near elbow (I hope I naming body part right.) Hmm I wonder if I would be able to find good reference,

Yeah, I tried making the arm look deformed in the second panel as the bones deform and fade away. I think you're right about the final result, though. It does need to be a bit better.

Although it would just be simpler to make it an inflatable tf ;)

Well considering second panel third is logical ^^ I mean if it is cute pooltoy or inflatable nothing wrong with image, even cute.
